bread and “Schiacciata”

The quality of bread and “schiacciata” is the basis of successful street food. Our sandwiches and schiacciata are all handmade by Panificio Rosetti in Cecina, using ancient grain flour and high quality products.

Street food must strike in its flavors and colors, and at the Chiosco di Mare we make our homemade sauces with this in mind. The combinations and ingredients are never taken for granted and the result is something to be savored!

We are a young team, at Chiosco you will find a gourmet proposal with an international flavor influenced by our travels around the world! At the Chiosco you can find a little bit of Latin America, Asia, Italy and above all a lot, a lot of taste!


In July 2022 the idea of Chiosco di Mare was born, from a group of young people with different backgrounds and entrepreneurial histories. The idea became reality on 28 September with the inauguration at Via dei Macci 61/r, in Sant’Ambrogio, of the first seafood street food restaurant in the authentic heart of Florence.


Chiosco di Mare becomes the best fish fast food in Florence, thanks to the positive reviews of hundreds of new customers. The brand doubles its presence during the summer on the Florentine Lungarni and in winter with a temporary kiosk at the Mercato Centrale in Florence.


A luglio 2022 nasce l’idea del Chiosco di Mare, da un gruppo di giovani con background diversi e storie imprenditoriali differenti. L’idea si traduce in realtà il 28 settembre con l’inaugurazione in Via dei Macci 61/r, in Sant’Ambrogio, del primo locale di street food di mare nel cuore autentico di Firenze.


Chiosco di Mare diventa il miglior fast food di pesce di Firenze, grazie alle recensioni positive di centinaia di nuovi clienti. Il brand raddoppia la sua presenza durante l’estate sui Lungarni fiorentini e in inverno con un chiosco temporaneo al Mercato Centrale di Firenze.
